Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes. However, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel. Customers are responsible for paying these additional fees.

Shipping rates for all International orders for delivery outside Canada and the USA are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All orders over $150 CAD ship free.

Cycling apparel sizes vary significantly from brand to brand. Save yourself the cost and frustration of having to exchange items due to poor fit by referring to our Size Guide before you order.
For each item, we provide two methods to find your perfect fit. If you have any questions or need help finding the right fit, email us at service@vellow.com and we'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
Pull out the tape and note several key body measurements (chest, waist, hips, upper thigh, bicep, height, etc.). Cross reference your measurements against the size range in the tables provided.
Perhaps the most accurate way to ensure you order the appropriate size is to compare the physical dimensions of our finished product to an article of bike apparel you already own that fits you well.
